Then he kept holding this pile of horse shit all the way down to 300sat. I couldn't convince this nigga to sell. Fortunately he made one intelligent decision for once and bought Cardano at 0.05$.....but yeah, he watches it grow all the way to 1.35$ with his portfolio sitting almost at $200k now. Keeps holding until today because he is convinced we'll go to 4$-10$

I think (based on what I've seen on Jow Forums at least) is that people attach their emotions and their sense of pride to these shitcoins. They feel connected to it, that it's finally their opportunity to cash out of NEETdom or wageslavery. They forget that they're simply opportunities to make some fucking money.
