My understanding of the grassroots thing is that synth just recently was made the main director and lost his anonymity for the role (so ~ a year ago, and marketing has kicked up since then). listening to him speak he definitely is familiar with marketing and running startup like businesses, and if he has just been the main director for a year I think he's doing a good job ramping up the organization. Maybe I'm mistaken on that though.

If you know his real persona then I'm sure you can view his LinkedIn profile, which says he contributed to the implementation and cryptographic review of Bitcoin. He has also discussed on multiple interviews (available on Youtube) about his involvement in the development of Bitcoin.
If you don't want slow growth then you don't see the bigger picture.

yea they sell the skyminer but it has a long waitlist. you can build your own with orange pi and the like, just keep in mind 1 orange pi can handle ~100mb of bandwidth.

the true answer is that the big exchanges prefer to list erc20 token so they dont have to do anything on their backend to list them.
On the tg they said they are going to be listed on 5 additional exchanges in the next weeks.
