Brits helped a lot during the 1940 Battle of Norway, which was actually very fierce compared to other early war campaigns

Pretty sure that's a meme and not actual survey results.

Nice source faggot

>france

>British don't surrender
>keeps Hitler having to forcibly divide his forces in case Britain invades
Also lol France

norgayans are huge britboos, every norwegian has a premiershit team
they also like to believe their "resistance" was meaningful and that was supported by british dynamite

It's a meme map, most French people believe in everything Hollywood says about ww2, probably 80% of the pop believe that the us defeates Germany singlehandedly

Yep, just like we don't realize how UK went at it alone for like a year before becoming "junior" powers to Americans and Soviets, or how important their Lancaster bombers and Spitfires were. WW2 was like a 100 different wars at once, so much gets overlooked and forgotten and everybody has their own little take that they are sort of indoctrinated into

Why would anyone think America did the most?

the abundance of films that say so

Damn that Hollywood propaganda works.

Imagine the dynamics around here if Jow Forums existed mid WW2....

Based Norge

meh, the brits' influence on the war is mostly underestimated with operation FORTITUDE.

Tfw it's 67f inside instead of 65 :(

They helped a lot to defend Norway from the invasion in the early stages of the war. France also sent a few ships.

The prevailing uneducated consensus over here is that they just hunkered down on their island and got bombed while waiting for the big strong Americans to save the day.

>Churchill was second in command of No. 3 Commando in Operation Archery, a raid on the German garrison at Vågsoy, Norway, on 27 December 1941.[18] As the ramps fell on the first landing craft, he leapt forward from his position playing "March of the Cameron Men"[19] on his bagpipes, before throwing a grenade and charging into battle.

Imagine your only experience of WWII being woken up at sunrise by some mad Englishman slicing through Germans with a claymore and some bagpipes. This is WWII from the mountain monkey perspective

Meme map/10
Most people here know that USSR did the most to win WWII. The Russians liberated our country from nazi Germany.

it was ussr

Together with bongs Norway resistance cucked Germany's heavy water production, which was a strong ( if not final ) nail in their nuclear program.

>France

Probably a combination of Hollywood and Americans conflating the pacific theatre and the rest of the war. Even in the Pacific the contributions of other powers are barely recognized.

lmaoing at the "countries" who think america did the most

>all that blue in Eastern Europe
Did they answer "who was the good guy in WWII" instead of the actual given question or what?

Because Norway knows the real score.

top kek, how stupid and delusional these people are.

sure do love those norwegian lads

>Churchill gave the signal to attack by cutting down the enemy Feldwebel (staff sergeant) with a barbed arrow, becoming the only British soldier known to have felled an enemy with a longbow in the war
