Guys, I wanna get into cryptocurrencies and make some money. For now I have two questions.
1- Is there any comprehensive guide that I can read where it teaches me how to buy, set up a wallet, sell, etc?
2- Let's say I have $1,000 of a certain currency and want to cash out. How is this achieved? You often hear of people having a ton of money in cryptocurrency, but how do I turn that into real money I can put on my bank account?
If you are too stupid to google it yourself, you aren't going to make it.

1. don't think so, you learn as you go 2. transfer it to an exchange that offers fiat currency pairings, sell there and transfer to bank account, keep in mind that those always require for you to submit your ID and proof of residency

This should get you started good luck and learn. Knowledge is worth more than capital.
Everyone here is an asshole. You'll get better answers on reddit.
1 - Not that I've seen, but maybe on Reddit. 2 - As of now you trade that currency for either Ethereum or Bitcoin, and then transfer it to Coinbase/Kraken/Gdax to sell it for USD. There are other companies working on solutions such as PFR, Coss, etc... but Coinbase is still your best bet for fiat as of now.
