Sure, there are also Russians and a few gypsies. I'm an ethnic Latvian with some distant Polish and German admixture, though. Our Jews got massacred by the advancing Germans and local collaborators in WW2, pretty much down to the last individual. We do have a Jewish community nowadays, but they're Russian Jews and don't interact with the Latvians much.
