U faggot shillers actually got me this time. I went as far to do some research and was surprised. HOT is definitely not another ICO scam. The team is 100% behind the idea and have been for a while.
In one of the interviews on youtube, a team member says that the team has been slowly sitting on/thinking about this project since even before the Bitcoin whitepaper came along. The recent blockchain developments just gave them additional cryptographical ideas to use. Well... they are not lying about the project being already a longterm idea from them, the original website of the core group is metacurrency.org. Using waybackmachine we can see that the site and their group has been around already since 2009:
But... another thing is if the tech itself is good. The group uses a lot of new-age strange language. I am such a brainlet and lazyass that I wont read/understand their whitepaper fully anyways.
I am currently waiting for ETH transactions on IDEX to buy some of this. Not putting a lot in though.
Congrats and thank you, OP. This is what doing some little research can lead to. This does really seem legit. The waybackmachine proof did it for me.

Did you check the links? They have been working on the idea for almost 10 years now.
Blake Brooks
>10 years without a working product
hmmmmmmm

Dunno what they were doing all this time. The Holo work itself seems to have only begun about a year ago. I understood that they needed to take some aspects from the blockchain tech to finish their initial idea. Maybe they were trying to take another approach to it before and that didn't lead anywhere for years.
But 10 years of already focusing on reinventing currency tech isn't nothing. That gives a very big confidence that it isn't a Confido type project, where you'll get joosted.

Thanks OP, just bought another 100k. I actually did too. That's interesting - not sure about the whole occultist angle of that they're more an-com than an-cap like Jow Forums. But maybe Kek has blessed this venture. For once the shills did good. Origami isn't bad either - what's the world coming too when shills pump good projects?

how does it even feel doing reserach while being such a brainlet? you prolly don't understand half of what you read/hear. anyway, let me tell you you are lucky, as a >140 iQ neet who understands 99% of what the devs are talking about this, i can assure you it's gonna be huge. also i can see alot of normie fomo potential

I actually bought XRB when it was $0.7 and the reddit sub had ~2k subscribers. With XRB, the idea behind it was much easier to understand as I already had known IOTA.
With this, I really do feel like a brainlet. This doesn't seem a good thing though, if the team hasn't still yet produced some layman friendly explanations of it.
At least my research brought me to the point, where I am sure they wont exit scam.

>The group uses a lot of new-age strange language. You mean "TODO"?
I've seen these threads a million times. Only newfags will fall for your shill thread.

oh wow the team is behind the idea? wow that's neat! is that why there is zero token lockup period? sure they could dump their entire stack on you tomorrow and be instant millionaires with no legal repercussions but hey, don't worry about it guys, the team is behind the idea. kek
Joseph Sanders
The whitepaper is a draft, user. How did you miss that?
tell me what you don't like about the project, I actually do want to hear legit arguments against it so I won't buy more tomorrow
>team is a bunch of weirdo nobodies >typos and grammatical errors on website >telegram is a shitshow >177B circulation >125M market cap for a white paper >zero vesting period for the team >no exchange listings in the pipeline only idex obvious scam is obvious
Liam Reed
>oh wow the team is behind the idea? Well... Dan Larimer isn't behind Steem anymore Charlie isn't behind Litecoin anymore majority of original Bitcoin devs aren't behind BTC anymore ...
>sure they could dump their entire stack on you tomorrow and be instant millionaires with no legal repercussions An ICO scam that has been carefully planned since 2009?
Chase Barnes
Obvious brainlet is obvious
