CHI
Entonces Por que usan vos?
No hay problema amigo mexicano
Serious question I don't care about whiteness at all but are mestizos considered white usually in Latin America? What are you for example do you have indian blood?
i dont get it ?
I knew that “I thought...are” would sound weird, but I figured I’d rather sound weird than make a preterite vs imperfect mistake.
White in Latin American can often come down to how you look.
>vos
>vosotros
You need an article or something before problema
And honestly if you’re mestizo and identify as white you just call yourself white and be done with it.
i dont know about other latinos countries but in mexico yes
im a white mutt by myself , i look like this
yes i have native blood
>but are mestizos considered white usually in Latin America?
not at all. Mestizos are brown, not tanned white, but literally brown. Castizos are sometimes considered white as they most of the time just look like a regular white but have some non.white trait like bone structure, cheekbones, eye form etc....
We are proud AMERINDIAN warriors you absolute inbred wh*Toid
>mestizos
>indian
Fucking chicano, kill yourself, faggot.
I’m not wh*Te.
But seriously, online it says Uruguay is 95% white but the only Uruguay niBBa I know of is Suarez and he’s brown af. What gives?
>are mestizos considered white usually in Latin America?
If you have very pale skin, bright eyes, and light hair. Then yes.
If you look white, you are white. Or at least it works like this in Peru. More than a half of my family is considered white by medical exams even though they are proud mutts.
argentina is black, get it right
Kek. The voseo spot in Panama is way off. It appears over the canal and the provinces that use voseo here are in the Azuero peninsula. But then again, why would the BBC care about accuracy?
BBC mundo is unironically the best spanish language news source, don’t hate.
You don't need an article it's an expression: no hay problemas! no problems!
c-cute...
I am mad at them, though. They messed up my country and now I can't be sure if the other countries are done correctly or not.
Here, if you have pale skin you are white. Basically every castizo pass as "fulito" (white). Mestizos don't usually have pale skin, though.
Thanks for the answers. Is the blue eyed phenotype common in your countries? I've seen a lot of Argentinians with blue eyes but few to no Colombians and Mexicans with them
Very rare. Green eyes are a bit more common but still very few.
blue eyes are really rare in colombia, but hazel and green eyes are pretty common
Blue eyes aren't that uncommon either. About 1 in 20 persons has them but as said, green and shades of hazel are way more common
BBC is pretty shit, though. I still prefer Deutsche Welle en español despite being as bad as the BBC because of their similar political bias.
