If you have very pale skin, bright eyes, and light hair. Then yes.

If you look white, you are white. Or at least it works like this in Peru. More than a half of my family is considered white by medical exams even though they are proud mutts.

Here, if you have pale skin you are white. Basically every castizo pass as "fulito" (white). Mestizos don't usually have pale skin, though.

Very rare. Green eyes are a bit more common but still very few.

Blue eyes aren't that uncommon either. About 1 in 20 persons has them but as said, green and shades of hazel are way more common
