If they get hacked and someone moves the numbers around, they manually check first to make sure it was YOU who did that. Then if it isn't, they fix the security hole and move on with their lives because no money actually got transferred. Jesus. You trust yourself to hold your crypto in cold storage over a multi billion dollar company which literally does that for a living? If Binance went down, a market recovery wouldnt be happening in a few weeks.
