It's confirmed to be a top ten exchange, and of them only 2 are real possibilities, Bittrex and HitBtc. HitBtc doesn't comply with the kyc aml requirements for nexo (which will be implementing the ST-20 token standard in 3 months time), and bittrex is a registered ATS, so that seems to be the obvious choice. We'll see in a few days
