I'm only playing with $125, even though i know the odds are high that it'll go up and i can at least 2x. If the coin is not so scammy I would have put in more.

its a very bullish sign IMO. High volume, with a steady price increase is definitely a sign of an uptrend. When the price goes down the volume decreases drastically which imo means people aren't selling much.

I'm no expert (like most on this board) but I'd assume its some heavy accumulation by people who are trying to keep the price at a stable low value before it starts getting hyped which would be where they begin dumping

I have only around 3k in it currently. The marketcap is low and has huge upward potential.
