Actually, if you send it back with a message (you can message from electrum wallet) your kindness will be immortalized on the blockchain and will always exist there as further proof that humans are not all terrible.

If this is not a LARP, do the right thing and send it back, but take your time to write a message and maybe upload a pic from this thread with the message.
