A stunted, rushed version with minimal functionality will launch this year because Versetti is scared of missing the bear run, even though the ICO road map had it not happening until Q4 2019, with preliminary work starting now. But of course, you can just change that plan on a whim a couple of months after ICO and move from a 24 month development period to a four month period. It absolutely and completely makes sense and the thing that's released will definitely have full commercial functionality and not just be a glorified testnet. Absolutely definitely.
