i have a twinks of Jow Forums folder that i started working on a few days ago.

The WW2 occupation is really what fucked us up, so yes. The Italians killed our best politicians and officers, and ruined the government system. I'm gonna be honest, I don't like haile selassie too much. He's the only ethiopian westerners know, but I think kings Tewedros and
Menelik was more honorable. Losing the war wasn't his fault, but he failed to modernize us twice, once before the war and twice after. And he couldn't bring in new officers and stuff. If the 1960 coup actually happened and Amha Selassie took the crown, all would be well. But no, that failed, and the second coup made us commies. Instead of stabilizing the country it only sparked Eritrean, Tigray, and Ogaden separatists and left modern Ethiopia a shell of it's former self. I'm glad the Cubans saved our ass. Losing the Ogaden loses our oil, Tigray loses our history, and eritrea loses our coast. Sadly our next leader, Meles Zenawi, is a traitor to his country. He purposely fucked us up and allowed for Eritrea to be independent (even though they lost the war!) because he is half Eritrean and hates Ethiopia. He gave them extra land, simply to landlock us. Abiy Ahmed is our new hope. The peace in eritrea is great. If we reclaim Assab (which the eritreans don't even want) then all will be well. The effects of Italy would finally end. The discovery of oil in the Ogaden is great too. Just keep the Somalis at bay, and we can keep it. Anyways it's late sorry for rambling good night
