House on a lake with a personal dock, picture is of the back of the house
>average middle class
Euro-brazilian mean that the person has recent euro heritage. Or whites.
People with recente euro, japanese or middle eastern heritage are 20% of the country and they have very comfy lives
Another average eurozilian home
god I wish I were a billionaire new yorker
How quaint. The wife and I decided to upgrade ours last fall.
Without memeing, something like this
Ok it is more upper middle class, but doable with a good down payment and married couple both working
Show us your cuckshed

Oh, ok.
Those actually look nice. How big are they inside?
This is a neighborhood in Sao Paulo inhabitaded by eurozilians (dark people there are generally maids and employees)

Costa del Este.
Very middle-class neighborhood. ;^)
Looks Sao Paulo
>last year's model
How embarrassing for you.
Google Streetview link for those who want to look around and see how a typical newly built residential area looks like here
It includes row houses for the working class/social housing, semi-detached for the middle class and detached for the slightly richer middle class
You forgot to mention that those are only middle class in suburbs. In the big city they're not affordable for the middle class.
White people place, right??
How is that any different from the rest of the world? Detached housing in a city is only for the rich
>Panama
>White place
Not compatible.
Doubt that people with dark skin live in these places
I´m not dumb, i know how the things work in Latin America
The absolute state of foreign countries, detached homes in my city (~550k population) are fine for middle class. Usually at least 2000 sqft is pretty affordable for a middle class family ($200k house)
Panama is a spic Wakanda.
Based American housing prices, only country with even close to as cheap income to property price ratio is fucking Saudi Arabia, but the US has the most cheapest cities to buy a house when compared to income
Looks a city in SP called Holambra
But aren't most American cities essentially endless suburbia with a cluster of skyscrapers downtown?
So whay USA has the biggest homeless population in the world?
Shit city with shit people. You should buy a remote Island on some tropical 3rd world country and become a drugs and slaves tradesman
This is as middle class as it gets. Pic related costs $300,000
brick commieblocks like these
t. brick commieblock dweller
Commieblocks aren't houses
so?
my fault I read OPs post as "post houses" under severe sleep deprivation
no worries man, been there too :(
>You will never have a ladder on the side of your house so you can jump off into the snow
>You will never have snow
let's be honest.
Nice house
Bullshit
Real middle class in russia don´t live like that
I have a hapa friend who lived in Russia during 6 years.
She said that real middle class in your country have good standards of life
by middle class i meant someone who makes an average amount of money
their houses just look shit outside and notice middleclass cars
>by middle class i meant someone who makes an average amount of money
I don´t believe in you
Even low-middle class brazilians don´t live in places like this.
I think that even poor brazilians unless they are favelados have nicer places.
Sorry, but i don´t believe in you, serious...
Russia is a world power, the sixth biggest economy in the world in GDP PPP that´s it
>their houses just look shit outside
Ahhhhhh
Now i understand
Inside they are nicer
>their houses just look shit outside and notice middleclass cars
Inside they are nicer, right??
yes people usually cares about their own apartment but city/company who owns them doesnt give shit about looks of building
Mode wage is like 20k rub (=300$/month=3,6k/y)
Most of the wealth is in hands of few people
Kinda. These look bad from outside because cities rarely bother fixing or upgrading old buildings.
Not Russian or him but each flat can be different in size. Here even in traditional commieblock flats built by actual communists, you can have a business owner or a doctor have a flat with 4 rooms that takes 2 floors and looks like a house insane and a one room flat occupied by a low paid single mother of 3, all in one building. The surface facade hides a lot of variety, I'd say the average is 3 room flat + kitchen and toilet, at least I spent my childhood in one such and we were neither rich nor poor.
Pic shows the urban dwelling of a middle class person that is defined as the average man's. It is actually this one avizo.sk
To continue, here's what I would call middle class suburban/rural housing by the "average income" definition. Street view: instantstreetview.com
And here's what I'd say is where sociological middle class (better paid people, lawyers, doctors, enterpreneurs, basically above average but not rich) live.
Streetview for the latest instantstreetview.com
Suburbs of Trnava
I think he understands it differently.
He understands it as the average person while you mean sociologically, and in most countries, sociologically middle class people make way above average money. USA historically used to be proud for its "average person is (sociological) middle class" status but that is declining lately. In the middle ages the merchants were like top 2-5 percent of the population yet they were considered middle class because they were neither peasants nor nobility.
