I doubt there's a single purebred Anglo remaining from pre-1776. Post-revolution there was never a big wave of English immigration into the US (unlike Italy or Germany); most who migrated from the UK were Irish or Scottish. Many probably have English ancestry, but most likely diluted with other European groups.
