EU and Japan sign free trade deal

What Japanese imports should I get excited about?
>The deal eliminates about 99 percent of the tariffs on Japanese goods sold to the EU. About 94 percent of the tariffs on European exports to Japan will be lifted, rising to 99 percent in the future. The difference reflects exceptions on such products as rice, which enjoys strong political protection from imports in Japan.

I for one am excited about the waifus.

The European Union and Japan signed a huge free trade deal on Tuesday that cuts or eliminates tariffs on nearly all goods.

The agreement covers 600 million people and a third of the global economy. It's also a major endorsement of a global trading system that is under increasing threat from protectionism.

Another massive victory for European Union against anglo cucks.

Japan should be admitted into the EU.

I woulden't get hyped, the Italian government has said they want to block all new trade deals.

EU should ban all Italian agricultural products. Italians secrete feces from their hands and contaminate all they touch.

Deal is already signed

Loli dolls =) affordable I hope =)

I read most of the new imports in the EU will be cars, Japanese cars will be cheaper
Most of the export will be high-quality European food, especially cheese and wine. It seems like it's booming in Japan and they can't cover all the demand
Most other things will most likely not be noticeable by most citizens but will be huge for companies, like new standardized regulations (for example if you imported cars in Japan you had to test them for emission under their regulations as well, losing time and money. Now their regulations are the same so you just have to do it once). We may see more Japanese products though
It's a historical moment. Biggest FTA ever signed

Germany and Japs cooperating against USA
Hmm
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

It just means less Europeans will buy shitty overengineered Euro cars and less Japanese buy shitty Japanese alcoholic beverages.

Free Trade ftw! As a neoliberal this is great news.

As a weeb I concur.
