the population centers were in Uppland (now Chester, PA) with scattered settlements up the Delaware river to around what would later be Philadelphia and what would be Cumberland, Salem, and Gloucester counties in NJ. There wasn't anything really in Delaware from my memory in terms of settlement
it was all technically illegal squatting on the southern portion of the Dutch colony though

there's a New Sweden in Maine that was a much later 19th century settlement by Swedish farmers, and a few settlements across the Midwest but by and large Swedish immigrants were more urban than Norwegians and left less of a rural mark and mixed more heavily with other groups
