Lisbon is overpopulated with tourists, and natives are getting pretty pissed about the abuse from them, house market is through the roof, people are getting ejected from their homes because of tourists, people can't even commute properly to their work because of the high demand on tourism lately, so yeah, if you are in Portugal avoid Lisbon if you are staying for a long period of time. Most Portuguese people are actually very friendly and warm and they are not moody for sure. The only aspect I would consider correct would be people not respecting traffic lines.

Go to Sintra, Madeira, Azores, Porto, Coimbra, Aveiro, Guimarães, Braga and you will change your mind pretty quickly.

Portugal a developed country and one of the cheaper places in europe to buy property. The weather is nice, beaches are near and mountains are not that far away. Portuguese is easy as fuck to learn if you're not retarded.
I don't care about other people that much. The people that share my interests are usually not cunts (at least to like minded people). The rest can fuck off. A lawyer can do the paperwork.
Portugal is definitely one of the nicer places to live.
