Makes the most sense because BAT is a token designed to be used by users. Also the CB team tweeted that BAT is the type of token they would like to add.

Its kind of crazy no one here ever discusses Augur or REP at all. It's releasing this summer and will probably be the largest DAPP ever released to date on Ethereum.

As much as i'm sure BAT is being listed on coinbase before any other, i don't think it'll be the only one to be listed.

Probably, but do you want to risk it if they add ZRX first? Thats why Im researching a 3-4 token folio.

Yep. 4 or 5 at once. Building in support for the entirety of ERC-20 tokens but listing only 1 doesn't make a ton of sense. Smart play would be to load up on the likely candidates.

Their discord makes it relatively obvious to guess. The latest weekly update said their reaching out to exchanges and wallets now about the migration to the new REP token that the platform will use.

The other erc20's mentioned are not in this list of approved currencies. In short coinbase could only add zrx or omg for an android or desktop version of coinbase

Its on Ethereum. They just have to move the existing balances to a new contract since the deployed system uses a different REP contract. People don't have to do anything but they have to coordinate with every exchange and wallet so they're suggesting that's starting now.

I don't think people here understand how huge Augur could potentially be. I've been amassing waiting for this.

Oh ok. I've been thinking about getting in for a long time but all I hear is they'll have the platform ready "soon" for the past couple years. Aren't Gnosis and Stox both doing similar things?
