Is it bad that I dont have any bitcoins?

You hold shitcoins only.
IOTA only does promoses and doesn't deliver.
COSS and request are just shit, not sure what made you think they're good at all. You're missing out big gains on many other coins when you just hold coins no one cares about.

Its bad that you're not in Bitcoin at least 50%, altcoins have run a fair amount and if anything you want to hold Ethereum as its time for its run.

yeah bought req and coss november last year when they were hyped in here... although I still believe in these two, hence I didnt sell them yet - also dont want to pay taxes (can cash out taxfree after holding for one year)

About your portfolio:
Too diversified in my opinion, sell some shitcoins in which you dont really believe

with that small investment it is the best for you if you go all in in some random shitcoin who can maybe do a 100x

If you are too much risk adverse go all-in in bitcoin or eth or so, but I dont recommend that.

depends on you.
If you want to take the risk go all-in in some shitcoin and maybe make it or lose it all.
If you dont want to take risks just add it to btc gradually, its a relatively safe bet but probably wont make you rich (unless btc gets to 1MM)

well, then invest in some random shitcoin with a low marketcap. But be prepared to lose all your money

maybe XSPEC can do a 100x, but i dont really know. Just invested for fun. XSPEC has just a 10MM marketcap and good tech, but the future of this shitcoin is uncertain
