For the past few months my entire body has just began to itch out of nowhere all over. No rash or anything. It's just a tingling itch sensation that manifests on my scalp, back, chest, legs, arms, shoulders, fucking everywhere.
usually it happens a few times throughout the day for a few seconds, especially when I have a worrisome thought
but I can't even sleep right now. This shit has just been bouncing around my body for the past 15 minutes. It's 4 am. What is wrong with me? I'm only 23
my stress levels are more or less the same as they've always been. But I seem to itch the most when I have a stressful thought. Like right now I'm just in a feedback loop of worry.
Lincoln Brooks
I'm up 250k
Nolan Cox
>my stress levels are more or less the same as they've always been
maybe they always been too high and u r just unaware.
for example do you have a garbage family? or live in a city? or a shit job?
Justin Edwards
Stress
Also do you take hot showers? Your skin is probably just dry as fuck dude. For most people we just had winter, usually this leads to dryer skin conditions.
Moisturize guy.
David Sanchez
it takes a while for the rashes to appear. Keep an eye on them. Go to a doctor soon.
Chase Edwards
just go, they'll fix you up
Owen Martinez
Stop with the Hydrocodones man.
Kevin Thompson
also this too.
Christopher Robinson
This can have multiple causes. From scabies to being psychosomatic. Go to a doctor to determine the cause and get some help.
to confirm it is that, for 3 days eat nothing, or maybe just some unprocessed vegetables and be a sipboy
you will feel fine, maybe hungry, ignore that
then try to eliminate one by one allergens in your food, gluten etc
Aiden Lewis
Yup also Kratom
Alexander Evans
try benadryl
Jack Hill
Listen to this. All sorts of foods can cause this. Of all things oats make me itchy as fuck. Go get a blood test of antibodies, skip the prick/skin test it's useless.
Joseph Carter
Shit man I had that last year, drove me nuts. My doctor diagnosed it as some Greek name I forget, told me it's some kind of reaction to food I was eating. I was eating 4+ raw tomatoes a day because I'm poor and they were cheap at the time. I cut out the tomatoes and it went away. GL OP.
Adam Ramirez
I've it too once in a while whenever I feel uncomfortable. I think winter added up to it too, but I don't get it frequently lately.
Colton Walker
stop eating carbs and go on the ketogenic diet also fasting also fix your gut health which has no doubt being utterly destroyed after all those antibiotics and sugar that AMERI-CORP INC has being shoving down your throat since the day you where born
your welcome OP
Adam Gutierrez
>keto diet You have to be fucking kidding me, keep your 90s amerifat meme diet to yourself retard
Jace Russell
mate, get fucked, it actually works and cured me of my asthma and eczema which i've had for 20 years you absolute tard. its all about those natural fats dipshit, do you think humans had access to agricultural carbs for the last 100,000 years? no, no they did not. its all inflammation based, all too commonly caused by an overgrowth of candida (yeast) in the gut which is fed by simple sugars (carbohydrates) stop sucking the corn and onions industrys cock and wake the fuck up also learn2cook or enjoy feeling like a prisoner in your own decaying body at the age of 35
Dylan Green
From the symptoms you've describe I think it's either AIDS or cancer.
Kevin Gutierrez
Unironically this. Most skin problems are rooted in your guts.
Ayden Jackson
You just need one of these. Don't bother with any gay shit like changing your diet.
How to fix gut health though? All I find when googling is pseudoscientific hippie bullshit
Nathaniel Bell
Hey OP. During a very stressful period I had exactly the symptoms you had and visited multiple hospitals and experts while in a foreign country. I had insane rash all over my body and I couldn't stop scratching myself for a good week but in the end it was only stress that caused it. After a few off days and good sleep it all disappeared.
T. user living a very stressful life.
Logan Rogers
Easy Mode: step 1. stop eating carbohydrates that feed the yeast infection (candida) in your gut also stop eating processed shit fullstop (durr) if you dont know what the word on a label is, dont fucking eat it clearly its not natural not good for you... also steer well clear of antibiotics step 2. eat lots of healthy fibre, green leafy vegetables, brussel sprouts, spinach, COMPLEX carbs like beans and sweet potato (not the best but not the worst and certainly the best carbs you can consume) step 3. consume a probiotic daily on an empty stomach, the best cheapest and strongest probiotic you can eat is kefir, which you can make yourself for about $2 for 2 litres.
Hard Mode: follow all the above but start your gut health revolution with a 4 day water fast, then consume easy to digest foods and probiotics daily for another month after the fast... easy to digest foods are liquids like soups and cooked vegetables also consume a shot of apple cider vinegar be sure to get organic ACV that contains the "mother" which is the strain of bacteria left over after the fermentation process...
most important things to remember, AVOID SIMPLE SUGARS, SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES, WHEAT AND DAIRY. AND EAT ALOT OF FIBRE AND PROBIOTICS!
this will cure your inflammatory problems, also the gut is worth taking care of, the bacteria in your gut are so dense and numerous that they have their own "nervous system" if you will that communicates with your brain and the rest of your body... when your craving sugar its the yeast in your stomach that is screaming out to be fed... goodluck user its hard but the results are priceless.
James Brooks
Had this when I was younger, this is due to stress, smoking weed helped me deal with it
Connor Flores
Olive oil is also insanely good for you, not directly related to gut health, but apparently helps with inflammation.
Chase Gonzalez
Psoriasis maybe ?
Parker Smith
Do a 7 day water fast (no supplements just wadder) Then when you’re waking up for the 8th day drink some juices for the whole day, then the next day try to figure out what makes you itchy. If you were still itchy even when 5 days into the fast go to the doc or shower just with cold water once, no shampoo. If it gets fixed midway through the fast then it is something you ate/drank.
William Green
Just go to the doctor dude
Zachary Long
Thanks user. Avoiding carbs is going to be hard! I’ll try fasting and probiotics
Nicholas Rivera
Brule is that you?
Caleb Peterson
nah but thank fuck theres other people out there who understand how to stay healthy in this modern world
Andrew Green
Why have you not gone to the doctor? Are you unironically fucking retarded?
Jason Hill
Most humans also died before they turned 50 for the last 100,000 years, kek.
Asher Baker
Lolno. Age went down dramatically after humans began planting foods.
Connor Sanchez
This Maybe 3 days with no food is harsh, so just get rid of the new stuff that you have never eaten before this month and stick with the "classic" food that never caused any trouble to you
Andrew Scott
It is early signs of diabetes. Look it up. Cut down on sugar and start exercising.
Henry Turner
>relying on modern institutions rather than DYOR do you hold XRP by any chance?
Henry Powell
Do you know about Keto fuel? Is it legit? I've been looking into buying some
Anthony Powell
drink a litre of water before you go to bed and litre as soon as you wake up. every day for a week and note the differences
Brandon Allen
Sounds like an autonomatic response. Check your posture and see a physio if you have nerves being squashed by muscle
Brandon Gonzalez
maybe if you stop eating processed garbage you wouldn't get those outbreaks, faggot. eat more sweet potato and less bacon. and eat your fucking veggies
David Campbell
Change your shower products to mild ones. For sensitive skin, baby or the ones for eczema are good. Also change your laundry detergent. Stop using laundry softener. Wash your clothes often. Same for towels and bedsheets. Stop wearing plastic clothes. Wool is itchy though, so 100% cotton is the best bet. Don’t overdress in warm weather. Keep it cool.
Jonathan Morgan
I have a question. I started doing keto a month ago, now my shits are all softs and I shit atleast once a day or twice. Is that normal?
>One morning, after she was awakened by her bedside alarm, she sat up and, she recalled, “this fluid came down my face, this greenish liquid.” She pressed a square of gauze to her head and went to see her doctor again. M. showed the doctor the fluid on the dressing. The doctor looked closely at the wound. She shined a light on it and in M.’s eyes. Then she walked out of the room and called an ambulance. Only in the Emergency Department at Massachusetts General Hospital, after the doctors started swarming, and one told her she needed surgerynow, did M. learn what had happened. She had scratched through her skull during the night—and all the way into her brain.

RH- here, allergic to a shitload of foods and pollens. If I didn't take antihystamine ocasionally, I'd be scratching through bone. Apparently my ancestors were isolated hunters somewere in the pyrinees
This happened to me a few years ago actually I thought it might be scabies or something but it turned out to be something in the environment i was wagecucking in at the time
There's an over the counter medicine called Zyrtec, that fixed it for me
Eli Hill
"The guy next to you?" I asked. He had had shingles on his neck, she explained, and also developed a persistent itch. "Every night, they would wrap up his hands and wrap up mine." She spoke more softly now. "But I heard he ended up dying from it, because he scratched into his carotid artery."
OP dont listen to these retards. Im not a doctor but I work at a clinic. Most likely scabies but we have had patients come in with full body itch that was not caused by scabies. At that point we send them to an allergist.
If its scabies (maybe a small red rash with itching worse at night) buy some over the counter promethrin and ask the pharmacist for instructions.
Dylan Butler
Its probably a detergent or something that contacts the points of itch.. not food you absolute retard.
Kevin Rodriguez
Try Cannabis Oil . i had a serious lower back problem from for a few years now and it was getting worse especially since i work out a lot and do heavy weight. Fuck Doctors and chiropractors they're full of shit....i started taking cannabis oil this week (Monday) and i've never felt better. I'm not 100% pain free, but i've NEVER felt better...do your body a favor and spend at least 5 minutes researching it.
