EOS will not be mentioned in any case, moron. Also, who cares what mutts say, the rest of the world still have the freedom to participate in ICOs and own the fuck we want.
Owen Ross
ETH is massively undervalued relative to the rest of the market and will go to number 1 spot whatever happens.
Michael Anderson
>If it's declared a security, the price will drop a lot. >If it's not declared a security it will go up a lot. good thing i can go long/short instead of hodling and praying.
comfy trader reporting in
Aiden Thompson
>It flatlines and fees cuck you
Heh, nothing personal
Xavier Howard
>Heh, nothing personal
this is unironically the only thing that can cuck me, but the SEC hearing should have some impact on the price in either direction.
i'm getting cucked when there are no SEC hearing actually
Jeremiah Turner
>Fees Nice cope retard
Nolan Harris
>eth not security correct >eos security highly doubt eos would be named >priced in somewhat correct. it pumped because insiders already know it won't be declared a security, but it's going to pump further after the news hit (public sentiment + manipulators burning the "sell the news" shorters)
Chase Roberts
I hope they declare it as a security and it fucking tanks. Gotta fill up my bags.
Juan Watson
Do you retarded think insiders doesn't already know?
Jacob Bennett
Insiders and lobbists that tried to bribe the SEC know the answer already... and you could deduce it too from the price action of the last few days... SHITCOIN will DUMP HARD...
Easton Lewis
On May 2nd, the co-founder of Ethereum foundation said he was certain ETH was not a security. I think this might have influenced the price increase these past 3 days.
I know EOS won't be mentioned now, but it went down a little on 3rd May even though it's recovering now. Maybe this wasn't the only reason, but it might have been part of it.
Just thinking about it in the short term.
Brayden Robinson
Im not picking up what you're putting down
Cameron Peterson
May may be a great month if the SEC deems it not a security on the 7th and then some NK/SK or Iran/Israel turmoil.
Jose Allen
Of course they know.
Considering the price went up, I was thinking people bought it knowing it won't be declared a security.
But you can never be sure...
Since you're saying it will dump, I'm guessing you think the current price pump is artificially made so that insiders can sell at a higher price?
Luke Young
Where and when will the results be published? Is there a stream or newsfeed I could follow?
Aaron Gutierrez
if ethereum is a security, the entire market will crash equally, apart from bitcoin, because it means every other coin that had an ico, premine, insta-mine, or presale is a security.
Julian Phillips
I don't share the optimism Relevant is not what it is now, if one can mine it or whatever, relevant is, that it was distributed first through ICO. ETH is 100% a security, even if it is not now, it need to be regulated, which means from Monday on, mutts will be excluded from eth and erc 20 token
Aiden Butler
Can we keep crashing the market. I still need to accumulate.
Andrew Carter
Kinda makes me feel good about nano to be honest. Never had an ico to begin with.
Daniel Bell
If it is a security, the US will be condemning their own chances at being part of a blockchain future.
Connor Lee
please be true that would be ultimate justice for crypto world
Jeremiah Evans
It would be hilarious if they rule Ethereum a security. The bloodbath would be epic. BTC probably pumps to 15k and every fucking shitcoin dies.
Austin Morgan
bs, they could easily create their own subsidised blockchain, secured by the US military. Decentralised blockchains not controlled by a state or state like entity will fail over time. Also, has nothing to do with if ICOs were conducted illegal under certain regulations or not. Monday is kill day
Wyatt Jones
they did however keep most of their supply between devs and people that bought thousands of captchas for a few dollars. nano has bigger problems.
any decent ico is already blocking us and china from participating, anyone looking to start a real blockchain project is leaving for switzerland or singapore
I'm actually a corporate and securities lawyer. Although I don't have personal experience in the crypto space, I've spoken to lawyers who do. ETH is highly unlikely to be declared a security. Do with that information what you will.
Hey I'm a zoo keeper and monkeys are totally peaceful animals and like humans in their territory they are unfamiliar with. Do with this information what you want
Ian Powell
Maybe. But the real reason that ETH isn’t a security is that joe Lubin has paid half the kike lawyers in New York to go to work on the sec
Aaron Morales
I really don't give a shit if you believe me or not. Occasionally there are people on Jow Forums who have actual jobs, you know? And sometimes we feel charitable and give out helpful information. Although of course I'm not giving legal advice and merely sharing an opinion relayed to me by a different lawyer.
I also think it doesn't quite fit the "security" definition, but it's possible they will make a decision based on political reasons.
Brody White
>the real reason that ETH isn’t a security is that joe Lubin has paid half the kike lawyers in New York to go to work on the sec based joe >bangs traps >saves crypto
Brainlet here, why does it matter if ETH is a security or not? If it was declared a security, what would change for all the people holding ETH?
Christopher Jenkins
He said Bitcoin (BCH), you retard
Nathaniel Brooks
the exchanges would not want to let ppl trade it, even if they are out of the states... as another user has said a couple of days ago the ETH crew have said its been looked into, 'ETH is not a security any more...." is what i remember, search google good articles abound
Jack Thomas
The coming days will be absolutely critical to ETH
Brody Wood
ETH is probably a security. But the thing is if they say that then they kill the crypto economy. It also looks bad if they go well, it does look like ETH is a security but we'll let it slide this one time...
Adrian Richardson
can't do. would be a fatal sign and a precedent case for every other, no matter how scamy ICO/ illegal capital raising operation
Kayden Cook
>he said female (male) retard
Xavier King
hints: > Private smart contract, > no ico, no fundraising, > isn't a security, > DVM compatible EVM
I heard vitalik is going to back bch at conference in Hong kong on 18th
Lucas Flores
>Burger faggotry
Kek what are you even babbling about? "Muh military guard the blockchain". The whole use case for this shit is in public usage & trustless applications. Private blockchains are a meme - use a fuck database, much easier.
