This was a good video and he's right that ETH must change something if they want to be scaleable because it's true that Cryptokitties did indeed break ETH.
Something he is confused about though is why memo.cash inserts "tweets" into the blockchain instead of just their hashes. While it's true that you could just insert hashes to prove that something hasn't been tampered with the whole point is that memo.cash isn't supposed to be able to censor at all. If just the hashes were inserted memo.cash could still delete the texts off-chain just like twitter could. The point with putting it on-chain is that nobody, not memo.cash and not even the government that memo.cash falls under. could remove anything. You'll be able to look up what's been said even long after memo.cash is gone.
