this isn't the place to go into it, especially if you're not yourself an ancap, but think about the hypothetical scenario of an international provider of property protection (this is the size they would be most efficient at)
most people cannot afford nukes, and do not care to own them even if they can somehow afford them (the upkeep is absolutely massive)
protecting a person owning a nuke whilst simultaneously insuring millions of other people within nuke range is simply not profitable.
i'm of the opinion that anybody with a nuclear weapon would be uninsurable, similar to how certain people cannot get affordable car insurance due to their extreme inability to drive safely
now, given that you have no protection, could you build and maintain a nuclear weapon?
perhaps, yes. you'd need to pay off your suppliers, who would themselves be risking expulsion from protection, and you'd also have to deal with the fact that you have no large security corporations on your side. this is an extremely dangerous position to be in. those with nuclear weapons would be paid ridiculous sums of money to disarm, and, seeing as they're not nations, this isn't quite the same as cold war disarmament.
it's a risky area, and i sound insane. but that's the insight i can give into the topic.

It's fairly untrue that right-libertarians (I understand that you may disagree with this usage of 'libertarian') merely worship capital and monetary profit. Such freedom is far more than money. It means freedom to think as one wishes, freedom to speak, freedom to employ one's resources (not in a monetary sense - in the sense of freedom to create, freedom of artistry, so on and so forth). It has nothing to do with envy, nothing to do with pride, nothing to do with being a wagecuck (from a monetary perspective, it's probably got more to do with entrepreneurialism).
