This is not Irish, but it's an example.

Try learning it on duolingo, it won't make you fluent overnight but it will give you a basic competency in the language that can be expanded upon. The initial mutations are tricky but you get used to them after a while, here's something that might help you understand them.

Personally I wouldn't start of with Duolingo on its own
Its good for extra practise but I don't think it's a good intro because the pronunciation is a mix and it doesn't really teach you proper daily talk that they would use in the gaeltacht
