Light skin and blue eyes increase skin cancer considerably.
New Zealand and Australia are geographically worst places for cancer, if you have European heritage but while Finland has only few months in a year enough sunlight to cause cancer, this is enough if you have Finnish genes which are vulnerable to cancer and thrive in cold and dark.
Western world has seen high increase in skin cancer in last 2 decades.
If you have blue eyes, freckles, light milk white skin, the probability for skin cancer skyrockets if you dont stay out of sunlight.
Some types of Finns with light grey eyes and slightly darker skin and ability to get a good tan, and who have dark hair are however a lot better protected from cancer caused by the sun. These individuals make up at least 30% of Finnish population.
People with freckles are often unable to even get a tan.
I am 1/4 Finnish thanks for reminding me to stay careful in the sun.
.........brother.

Finngoloid...
How these mongoloids with recessiveness came to be?

>the probability for skin cancer skyrockets if you dont stay out of sunlight. I'm safe then.
Ryan Adams
>how
I honestly don't know
but population of Finland was probably very small 600 years ago, causing the small amount of isolated pockets of population to inbreed somewhat and then create quite unique combination

Does different parts of Finland have different type of culture? Does Lakeland have its own culture?
Not really no Swedes stole our culture. Only Karelians have real culture.
Camden Morales
Karelians not only have culture, but also class, strength and noble blood.

My mom is from northern Karelia. I've been there often and it's pretty much the same as here on the coast. They just have a different dialect. If you want different culture you have to go to Lapland and I don't mean Samis. Even Finns there have a very different way of life.
Nolan Ortiz
Northern Karealia is a Savo-tier shithole. Real Karelians live in Helsinki these days. Not even trolling.
Nathan Ortiz
I lived in the böndest of bönde near west coast as a kid. Most of our neighbors were Karelian refugees and they were the same as everyone else. Karelia isn't some magical wonderland with drastically different culture.
Brayden Allen
Depends on the family and how much they care about their culture. My grandfather was active in Kalevala meetings.

t. sw*Doid imposters trying to smear the good name of Karelians. I can sniff a sw*Doid from 50 miles away because the smell of shit is quite strong and pungent indeed, gentlemen

Nigga what? Where did I insult Karelians? They are great people but just people like the rest of us. If you interacted with 10 people, 5 of who were Karelians, I can guarantee you couldn't tell who is Karelian. They are Finns.
Angel Davis
Ofc not huge differences but for sure some, mostly special foods and dialects. internet era makes those diffences smaller every day, like dialects are vanishing slowly. I believe same is happening in every country
Charles Cooper
I'm 100% serious mate and I am Karelian.
Jace Green
I turn into a med during the summers so guess I'm part of that 30%

Probably a Gypsy in your bloodline
