I'm a descendant of this guy:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McColloch's_Leap

No, just peasants

Some guy involved with the Knights Templar, I forget his name

legit a guy who won a knight's cross fighting for Germany - however, my father was interviewed about (my grandfather) fighting for Germany because of some edgy(lel) comments my father made in the past, so I'm not going to tell you my city or surname because it'd be far too easy to pinpoint who I am.

Only interesting person in my entire family that I know of is my great grandfather on my mother's side.

He was native and lived on a reserve but fled to Montreal for a couple months at a time. Then his father would find him and bring him back to the reserve. He would run away to Montreal again soon after and repeat. This continued on for some years until some time in his 20s when in Montreal and his father appeared he got into some sort of fight (he never spoke of the details, or at least my mother found exactly what) and ended up committing patricide. He was never charged with the crime or bragged about it to anyone but everyone in the family knew what happened considering they were also both heavy drinkers and at each others throats for years.

wait a minute. thats literally ripoff of ancient Czechian legend

one of my friends has interesting people from all over American and European history and my ancestors are all dirt poor Irish farmers
my last name is from one of the high kings of Ireland in the 900s who got deposed tho so thats something

Supposedly, (on my dad's side of the family) old ancestors of mine were on one of the very first boats to come to America when people started colonizing in virginia. That's kind of cool. I don't know if that's true or not though.

this

I'm related to Jesse James, infamous American outlaw

This guy.
nau.org/PIERRE NEAU-English.htm

Charlemagne, but he had sex with everyone.

ive always been told I'm related to the 8th president, martin van buren

Not really just Slavs in their villages and then they went commie and that's most of the last 200 years..
The most important one was probably someone pretty high in the communist party when my fathers side was in south America to hide but then high ranking communist people started "disappearing" (wink wink) and they left back to slavland

I'm related to a little known guy named Adolf hitler. You may have heard of him.

family's related to the founders of the packard car company

Attached: 008.jpg (1024x570, 228K)

I have no idea of any of my ancestors past my great-grandparents my grandfather from my mother side was a cotton plantation owner. From my father side he was a government employee.

not really

My mom's side claims to be descended from some bastard child of William of Orange, and due to some name hanging around one side, they also claim to be related to Hadrian somehow.

My dad's side... ... interesting characters, but nobody really historical. Apparently we're descended from one of the first metis to be tried as a witch... probably made some tea from willow bark and queen anne's lace and caused a couple of French abortions.

William Bradford

Attached: williambradford_pilgrims.jpg (616x421, 49K)

A guy involved in the regicide of 1908. No larp.

Here's my great-great grandpa. Not famous, just thought he looked cool.

I'm related to this guy en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Babikr_Bedri
He has a wikipedia page, so he's probably important. I'm surprised his last name is listed as Bedri though, the name used by my family is Badri

A long line of organized crime, politicians and members of a Mason lodge.
My non-biological Grandfather who's a German immigrant is a member of the masonic lodge belonging to his state. On top of that, his grandfather was a body builder in Germany. There are hints of Nazism scattered throughout but no one talks about it, not that I'm surprised.
My biological Grandfather was heavily invested in the Democratic party. He had ties to organized crime.
Other family members of mine are members of masonic lodges and used to or still have connections to organized crime.

Based off of that alone, it's pretty easy to assume my ethnicity. I have no one to share this with in person so fuck it, might as well this thread.

Some Silesian/Pomeranian nobility on my mother's side. One of them was executed for bigamy, and there's still a cell named after him in the Turku Castle.

My biological great-grandfather was British nobility. He got horny over my great-grandmother, knocked her up, and then paid a lot of money to the family so they wouldn't get him in trouble back home over his bastard son.

My fathers side was all Scottish nobility up until 1692 when my direct ancestor was kidnapped from Scotland by pirates and sold as a slave in the American colonies, where he was able to work his way to freedom and obtain a small fortune. One of his grandchildren came west on the Oregon trail.

My mothers side is indirectly related to William Wallace through a cousin or something.

I'm descended from Sigfried the Dane who came over with William the bastard

They are all peasants

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fyodor_Dostoevsky
Not big fan if his books tho.

Ebin larping

Peasant life, best life

Léopold Louis Philippe Marie Victor II, King of the Belgians, Sovereign of the Congo Free State.
and im black on my dad side of family :D

Who /boring/?
Mothers side was normal farmer folks from Karelia.
Supposedly fathers side is FINN'D masons from Germany (then "H""R""E") but even thats bit hazy.

my grandfathers interesting and my mom's pretty cool. Dad's alright too, used to be more interesting but everyone's kinda chilled out with age

Probably a misspelling on behalf of US authorities when your ancestors first came to america

Great Great Grandmother/Grandfather were rich as fuck and they had a massive mansion and estate as well as kilometers of land. We actually tried to see if it's possible to recover some of the land, but it's borderline impossible due to how shitty documentation was back then, and the fact that so many documents were destroyed in the 999999999 wars and theft-o-rama episodes by commies who hated anyone who was succesful or part of any strata of the old nobility.

they're all soldiers/traders in 2451325 generations

Just about all of European royalty prior to ~1500. Too bad I'm (younger son of younger son)^n.

Then again, this is probably the case for everybody since genes tend to flow downward the social ladder as the leftover kids of the elite outcompete their inferiors and become the new poorfags, and so on.

I found that I'm a descendant of some early irish nobles around kilkenny that fought off both Vikings and Norman's until they lost their lands I think in the 14th century.

Ur great great grandfather looks mad gay lol

Apparently my surname is one of the oldest anglo-saxon names known which goes back to the 5th century. I could be 99% huwhite for all I know, but I'm ugly as shit so who cares.

I am Greek

My ancestors were pirates on the Rhine around the 13th century, they made such a mess that they got ennobled and given land in Luxembourg. We've been in Luxembourg ever since (I'm only studying in France)

I'm a descendant of Rurik who founded Russia

I have a gypsy ancestor from the 1700's

Can it be a cousin with your family name or does it have to be a direct ancestor

>One of my mother's ancestors was a monarch of Korea.
>One of my father's ancestors was a state councilor under that materal ancestor

We wuz kangz and ruled the poo in loos.

>descended from an Irishman who ran a cockfighting ring when he arrived in America
>one day he got raided by the police
>jumped into a freezing river and escaped
>caught pneumonia, back when it was a death sentence
>decided America was too shitty of a country to die in
>endured the entire journey by steamer back to Ireland while still dying
>visited every relative he could in Ireland
>then went back to his home town and died shortly thereafter

And another:
>union soldier in Ohio
>died in battle fighting natives who were trying to overrun the fort he was stationed at
>got scalped
That's literally all I can remember about him and I feel pretty ashamed of it since I've been to his grave like 20 times. Located near the ruins of the old fort by a river, weirdly comfy spot.

I'm a descendant of Muhammad

My great grandfather fought in the cristero war thats all i know

in 1500s some swedish soldier was stationed in central finland and he married a finnish woman
that would be my mother's line

my forefather was a mid-tier Cossack nobleman fighting and allying with russians and poles and vice versa.

his coat of arms has a dog sitting in a potty. it makes me asume he was kinda interesting dude

WE

My grandpa was a member of the spanish congress.

Every single muslim i've met claim this

I can only trace my ancestry up until the beginning of the British occupation, before that the Ottoman times were a complete dark age in terms of determining your ancestry. You may never know if you were descended from a Byzantine noble, a crusader ancestor or some Turkish rapebaby. It doesn't help that almost every Cypriots' surnames have been completely changed by their grandparents because they don't sound modern enough according to their standards.

Nope, i have some ancestors from Scotland and then some from Germany, the germans were most likely just mercenaries

because it's near impossible that they(arabs) aren't
just like how every european is almost definitely related to charlemagne

This, I can trace it back to Charlemagne but its completely useless

>literally just found out 3 hours ago that my grandfather is not my actual grandfather

Attached: 1431225777612.png (633x758, 23K)

Be glad that you carry the genes of chad and not the beta cuck whose wife he fucked

yeah but it turns out i'm patrilinealy descended from sw*doids

Not really, the entire side of my mother is Breton and has been concentrated in the same 50km radius for as back as i was able to search, and the ancestry on my father's side is a bit more messy in terms of regional identity, but nothing unusual.
The individual stories are more entertaining, my direct great great grandfather actually lived half his life in Russia as the super intendant of a Russian noble family, and had to fled on foot from St Petersburg to Sebastopol when the civil war happened to get to a ship, one of my mother's grandfather was made prisonner during the battle for France in WW2 and spent almost 5 years working in German fields while his wife went every week to the train station in hope of news of him since she hadnt heard anything of him since then, lots of great great uncles that died in WW1, ... plenty of stuff.
But every French family has a WW1 story.

Oh my bad, I actually read ancestries rather than ancestors, then i got these two for well known ones :
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victor_Segalen
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eugénie_Fiocre
Apparently one of my great grandfathers was also the technical director of the Suez company, but i cant remember his name anymore

>but I’m ugly as shit so who cares
Nothing an uplifted chin and a radiant smile can’t fix, user

One of my great great grandparent is Maltese

I'm not a Muslim though. Queen Elizabeth also descends from Muhammad, so what?

Attached: 1528023241002.jpg (400x400, 26K)

A nobel prize laureate and a famous writer. And that's just within 2 generations

Mutt

there was this guy who lived around late XIX century and married at the age of 50 (and had like 10 children), he was suposed to be gentry too. The family manor still is around, but until recently was completely overgrown by vegetation

Great-Grandfather was Austro-Hungarian imperial cavalry.
Grandfather was a Sanitäter, and my uncle still has his "Aryan certificate"

Attached: 1520966607946.png (889x720, 522K)

me

What do you mean ''mutt''? There's hardly any difference lookswise between these two groups of people

I know one of my ancestors was italian and that he changed his last name when he arrived here. It's interesting cause now a good part of my province has that same last name, and even if you found someone with the same last name elsewhere, you can surely trace him back to my province.

Muhammed pbuh unironically

im literally part of his tribe (hashemite)

A painter and a noble hussar captain (both from the 19th century) and maybe one or two medieval saints.

This guy was my great, great whatever grandfather.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_R._Cockrill

Attached: Mark.jpg (1150x500, 174K)

A general from the 18th century, He fought in the american war of idenpendence helping the rebels to fuck the eternal anglo up in their asses.

>peasants” is an offensive term. I prefer the more neutral and accurate term “commoners”

my grandmother traced back her side of the family tree to the late 1500's but there's no records from beyond that
only interesting person in my lineage that I know of was a Polish deserter who moved here and changed their name

didn’t mean to greentext

I descend from the Swedish general and field marshall Rehnskiöld who was the right-hand man of Carolus Rex

I descend from one of(and therefore everyone) of the Aviz house/dinasty in Portugal. The last of our ancestors that had lands was a count in Beja that had some lands here and there, some other count inherited the lands over his son or he got stripped of his titles,in any case,he became landless in the 1700s.

very nice. They are like the Martells from game of thrones

I am descendant of Adam and Eve

On one side of the family, a great-great-...-uncle was a proeminent catholic missionary who operated in south america (Peru especially).
On the other side of the family, they founded a little village on a minor trade route. Also a great uncle emigrated to Argentina.

Oh also one of my grandmother has ancestry in a minor noble house that descends from a frankish lord.

Cool, I guess that means I'm Czech, too.
