I think you find these women attractive because your mind is adapted to the Western civilization which is hyper masculine by default. Westerners have developed a culture which puts masculinity above all and femininity is seen as something generally inferior and an unpleasant trait. Therefore you like how Asian women whose genetics are in the process of adapting to this culture = eyes get brighter, skin turns from yellow to pink, limbs longer and leaner, more body fat ratio etc.

In Asia it is very different. Sure there are hyper masculine rites in place, but generally Asian women see femininity as an absolute luxury. They embrace it and wish to capture as much of it as they can. Youth and health and productivity are the main present cultural traits celebrated in media, whereas in the West it is strength, power and masculinity.

I personally have insane yellow fever, but I don't find Westernized Asian women attractive at all. Like 0%. And I'm not even into what you refer as 'kawaii uguu' or whatever. I just look for genetics and psychological traits that I find favorable.
