Global warming affects the global weather system causing a climate change, droughts will last longer, hurricanes will be more powerful, heat waves will be more agressive, some species will die if they don't adapt.

Ten years later there was more CO2 than in his worst prediction, but global temperature raised less than in his most optimistic prediction.
