Those high-speed Eastern European ISPs only buy traffic from one Tier 1 provider.

Western European ISPs also value redundancy and buy traffic from at least two Tier 1 providers, peer with competing ISPs (Tier 2 providers) and with services like Cloudflare.

I hope some major catastrophe hits Eastern Europe so they can learn what redundancy means.

I had 1Mbps until around 2012, I tried everything to speed it up only to eventually call BT where they told me that my line was capped to 1MB way back when it was set up (being completely serious btw)

i have 15GB of 4G internet per month on my phone and everyday before going to sleep i browse internet and watch youtube in 1080p on it for an hour or two, and i am unable to use it completely, it stacks for another month and i have over 30GBs now
i stopped using WiFi on my phone, using LTE for everything, even updating android, and i still can't waste 15GB per month
