I’ll agree that their communication the last two months has been poor, but they’ve explained it on their recent townhall.
Plasma is extremely far ahead of schedule, as a result they are skipping the first iteration of staking on Plasma.
To appease stakeholders they will “spoon” their tokens into the cosmo network so We can get an idea of staking.
