It is funny because this type of thing are untraceable

Its more of a political statement/art piece, than a functional firearm at this point. Still an interesting idea

americans are too creative for our own good

Yet no one ever cares to say that these guns are memes cos they aren't even safe to shoot. Would you trust something that produces 35,000 psi of pressure to a piece of plastic you made at home?

Not for more than 1 shot of .22lr, but as 3-D printers advance, and become cheaper, and stronger plastics are developed, more designs will be possible

You can already buy machines for only a few thousand dollars that make fully functional metal AR & m1911 lowers in the US. No license required or anything

If the designs become safer, I'm still not really concerned because the sort of people who would own a 3D printer aren't the sort who kill people. And I don't think gang bangers would be bothered because there's enough cheap hi points out there, and if they want something with no casings or rifling marks they can just use a manually operated shotgun.

Not really. I can buy an 80% AR-15 lower at home and a bunch of other parts from gunshows that aren't the "firearm" and do the same thing.

This kinda, I see people improving it over the next few years though.

I guess landing on the moon and being the deciding factor in winning two world wars is being too creative lol. But in all seriousness I see nothing wrong with them.

I would for one shot, which is all they were meant for. You could also make in in like .25 ACP or .32 or .22 if you are a pussy.

I know. In some ways it's kind of exciting to see the death of gun control in America

It's always been legal to manufacture a gun for yourself as long as you serialize it and the design fits ATF standards. Basically nothing will change. It's just hysteria by people who don't know anything about guns or gun laws.

Well what else would you call the mass amount of 'Dough boys' we dropped into Europe in 1917? What would you call being the largest supplier of military aid, troops, and almost everything else during WWII? lol

don't reply to bait from irrelevants

Will do fellow burger. o7

The difference is this takes literally no specialized equipment or skills to make. Any old kid with a few thousand dollars of capital to spend can buy one of these and create his own gun with literally no technical skill or know-how

Do you foresee this freedom spreading to your classrooms this coming fall?

But of course

Individual Freedoms should always come before public safety

Are speed limits unamerican?

Driving is a privilege, so the government can regulate it

Guns are a right

No, but it the ability for the working class to arm themselves, isn't a bad thing

>with a few thousand dollars of capital to spend can buy one of these and create his own gun
That's one of the reasons I'm not at all concerned. Said kid could buy several actual guns with that kind of money, even if he's underage, because you could figure out a way to buy from a private citizen. Anyway, if we're concerned about laws, he still also has to find a way to buy ammunition.

3D guns are a meme, mark my words. People act like they're going to be the equivalent of the WWII pistol we were going to drop millions of over Europe.

>Individual Freedoms should always come before public safety

Unironically yes.

This.

so the first amendment should allow people to invite violence against others?

No, that is one of the few exceptions.

well as long as we're open to exceptions....

Yea can't have everything perfect. I know. I can still can call you a cum guzzling faggot and know there is no legal repercussions.
