I get that, and I study this shit, and look at what native Scandis look like, and I would fit in. I know that most Americans look distinctly different, even if they're 100% European descent, because of the different Euro admixture. Where I'm from, it's pretty homogenous, and both my parents happen to be from scandi families that did good work at recording who married who and all that business.

Well, Hollywood is definitely not a reliable measure. And yeah, people who aren't euro mutts are fairly rare, but do exist. Mostly in rural areas, "flyover states", or both. Places where a lot of just one or two groups went and settled and kinda stayed that way more or less. Diet and lifestyle can make a difference as well, but isn't always very apparent.
