meme languages

Start with proper English, my little brown friend.

Greek because its the superior

Africa speaks European languages
Why would he want to learn a language that only has ONE (1) morphological tense.
LMAO!

because it's usefull

Maybe it was useful 80 years ago, but today it’s hardly spoken outside of the German countries.

Italian

German obviously. Not an Anglo by the way, Chinese diaspora

German is definitely the most useful of those, probably followed by Italian. I'm kind of a norgeboo so I feel you on Norwegian but it's not actually useful. It's easy for an English speaker though. I've tooled around with it a good bit on Duolingo.

a language that only has ONE (1) morphological tense.
What do you mean by this

Of those options, German.
But I don't think German is even worth it.

Learn French of Russian.

Oh no you can't have a vague understanding of peasant's Germanic dialects spoken in Slesia or the Volga basin anymore

French or Russian*

>The Germanic languages (which include English) have present (non-past) and past tenses formed morphologically, with future and other additional forms made using auxiliaries. In standard German, the compound past (Perfekt) has replaced the simple morphological past in most contexts.
Germans use present perfect in place of past tense.
Tbqh England is heading down the same path, every time I go there I’m pretty shocked at how seldomly they use past tense and how often they just use present perfect because I guess it sounds nicer to them.

t. abo

Learn the one you like the most. If I were you I would probably pick Italian or Norwegian but I am not you so do whatever the fuck you wanna do

Greek or Italian so that you understand your own language better.
Italian would probably be better because it's spoken by more people, but it's a pleb's choice.

The best language to understand English better would be French, of course, even if it wasn't one of his choices.

Learn Russian, you will not regret.
