The logical thing for Russia to do is to move the capital and the majority of the Russian population to Vladivostok. Russia needs a warm water port and it will always lack that in Europe.

This. Submit to the EU. Let us to a spring cleaning like we did with Poland and other former communists. It might be humiliating, but at the end of the day Russia's ludicrous wealth and resources will actually trickle down to its people instead of into the pockets of oligarchs.

Pull out of Ukraine, improve relations with the West. Try and go for some deal with Western powers and Ukraine where Russia would get to keep Crimea. Basically, try and get rid of sanctions and stop applying 19th century politics when dealing with neighbours.

I don't even know from where to begin. Russia is too chaotic. But i think i would start with education and enforce the laws, also bring back the death penalty, extreme crimes, psychos and pedophiles should just be executed.
