Sure, you can make educated guesses on ethnicity by facial features, but by in large the easiest way to tell a Pashtun from a Punjabi from a Sindhi from a whatever is by his accent.
Separating ethnicity by perceived wh*Teness or some other physical trait instead of language or culture is pure cringe.
