It takes place in a fictional, Victorian London-esque city that features many canals, narrow alleyways and underground/secret passages. It revolves around three main characters with each one having a POV explored and the plot starts with four mercenaries travelling to said city to seek out for a fabled mystic.

It starts with an effeminate boy who gets bullied at school. He lives in a broken home, with the overweight alcoholic dad who goes on a drunk rage and frequently beats him up.
He drops out of school eventually and runs away. Down and out, he makes a living by prostituting himself to creppy old men (he has daddy issues that's why).
He had always wanted to be a woman, he saves his buttfuck money and gets a sex change.
Eventually he meets a John whom he has degenerate buttsecks with. Like really degenerate 50 grades of gay shit.
