hi everyone
/carib/
hello crab
halo
Hi crabs! today I woke up and my troat hurts and I have a fever, so I'm not leaving bed.
How about you crabs? Any big news?
Hello everyone
ohio
what's up?
Hey bro
Still bed ridden? Have you talked to a doctor?
Hello
I;m sleeping normal hours now, but I have an appointment tomorrow with my doc anyways since i've been gaining weight like a madman and today I seem to have woken up with a throat infection or something.
How about you? what are you up to?
bump
Moving in the fall for study
>tfw neet days will end
Not sure how to feel about that desu
I can't quite put my finger on it but there is something off about that chair
>my troat hurts and I have a fever
you need to see a doctor m8
that reminded me of the thread with the story of a guy fucking his chair on r9k
I'm being idle
So the chair got wood?
yep
he ended up with an apartment full of plaid furniture because of his Scottish genes. i dont remember how it went after the real estate girl found out about the chair
that was a fun thread
Hi island friends
Nothing really. My life is pretty boring. I'm just waiting for uni to start in 1 week
Wybacz, nie mogłem się powstrzymać
hello
Are you moving very far from where you live?
youtube.com
will do tomorrow.
Your not watching or reading anything at least?
where do you study and what?
sup dude
In the last few months of secondary school I completely phoned it in socially. I'd just sit face-down at my desk during break/free periods and not talk to anyone.
Quite far which sucks a bit desu
Rip chair
If it was already almost over and things hadn't worked out by then phoning it in is a fairly normal reaction to it. I also start phoning things in when things go badly, I don't quit but I just put zero effort for the rest of the duration. Not really a good thing but oh well.
Are there any Haitians here?
just checking around for rare flags
To catch a rare flag you shouldn't run around announcing you are looking for one
i meant "not checking around for rare flags"
wheew that was a close one thanks
2 late
rares are now in hiding
I study the meme degree of business administration in Bayamon. Are you studying?
Stay cool, my crabpeeps!
Eventually I had to start hiding around the school or in the library or I'd be pestered with stuff like "Are you okay?". The questions started to feel rhetorical and patronizing after a while.
Haitians are extremely rare here
is it sort of a student dorm?
I wish I had a chair like that
Were you much more social prior to that?
That's not a bad degree actually. I have a degree in NEET economics )). I tried going to university, was studying marketing but dropped out not long before I was due for graduation. And like 2 years ago I tried going to la iupi to go into STEM, but I couldn't handle the crowd or the classrooms so gave up on that too.
youtu.be
so comfy
How many of you are actually giant mutant crab people?
Depends, I might get an apartment for myself or I might have to share an apartment with 2-3 other people. Depends on what I can find. I'd really want an apartment for my own since i'm pretty big on privacy desu
Also money is a factor, solo apartment would naturally be more expensive
Any Dominican’s here? What’s the general opinion of Haitians there? Pic unrelated.
Yeah, I was a little bit more social, I think I was better at it too. But I think that it was the establishment of cliques later on that cause me to withdraw. Even the odd guys that seemingly wouldn't fit in elsewhere had their own circle. I wasn't one for social tryouts so I just avoided looking conspicuous.
>tfw cute kohai I never met randomly walks up to me and says she recognizes me from my last months in school
Was honestly the high point of that day — I felt like I was practically invisible back then.
pa k kieres saber eso jaja saludos

Mostly a very negative opinion. People often label DR as a racist/self-hating country but if they lived next to Haitians they would understand where the hate and xenophobic sentiments come from. Most Haitians are very primitive, no offense.
I heard it's not only us that don't really like them (as a whole). I think Jamaicans complain about them too
late night bump
>tfw quality of trap threads are at an all time low
trannies and cross-dressers need to fuck off desu
You're assuming Haitians have internet access. Big mistake, chummer.
It's the somalia of the Caribbean not really surprising when you know the history.
alternet.org
Doesn’t help that the people aren’t very nice to be around either.
Was curious since any Dominicans I meet here seem to hate them. Matches with what I know, thanks.

Does the Caribbean have a winter? I know that it never snows but there's always a temperature drop and rainfall increase during the end of the year.
>ywn build a snowman on a caribbean beach
:(
They like being dominated, it's just female psychology. And just happens that treating them like shit puts you into the dominant role against them so they kind of enjoy it.
R-RARE?
quiet in what sense?
Temps drop quite a lot (for our standards) in some areas in Puerto Rico. For comparison, 90F (day) and 75F (night) in summer and between 73F (day) and 60F (night) in winter at least in my area. I live in a rural and very mountainous part of the island. The coast and metropolitan areas never see anything below 70F even in winter as far as I know. There's a decrease in rainfall during that season.
>goes regularly down to about 15C in the winter
Horrifying desu
It feels really cold when you're being roasted alive in a humid oven the rest of the year. Also checked
