厳密に言えば意味の重複で間違いですね。
でも当主という言葉自体があまり一般的ではなく、
単に「家長」を意味する言葉だと思っている人もいるので
大方の人は「現当主」といわれてもにそのまま聞き流して
しまうかことが多いでしょう。
でも、厳密にいえばやはり間違い。
