Im not doing overtime, that's my actual work schedule

I work anywhere between 5 and 10 hours a day 5 days a week for a total of 40-44 hours. My schedule is absolutely fucked

Salary in finance, monday to friday days generally but time off for business trips over weekends etc

I've been NEET since graduating uni and am fucking terrified that any free time I have is just going to be no energy and obsessing about work anyway. I want to fuck off to construction or something but the pay from what I can tell isn't great

Someone be real with me, is an office job (paid to think if nothing else) or being NEET worse. Everyone goes on about how they hate their jobs but after a few days off want to go back

6 sometimes 7 days a week and a few 12 hour shifts throughout the week in a paint warehouse

The pay is great and I mostly just unload trailers with a forklift so I don't complain much
