The trick to a beard is just to shave the neck properly. If you're pale like me, it gives the illusion of a good beard.

If you're all under 25 or whatever, it's still genetic lottery at that point. Nearing 30s is when it starts to look not shit, if then. Keep your face shaved otherwise, pubes on your face is not a good look.
