What's it like to be thin?
What's it like to be thin?
People arent disgusted by you. It nice. Much better than being fat
Also, you feel more comfortable in your skin.
It feels much, much better. You feel like you're flying and always energized. Your motivation to do things will skyrocket and you will generally be happy without having to do anything.
t. used to be fat as shit
I fucking loathe fat people
You don't feel like shit all day and you can actually sleep easily
I don't know.
Just eat less
Why is it so hard to understand?
Have you started dieting?
One meal a day at the moment
Yep, no carbs
its kind of weird if you dont have muscle, you know you can break a bone if someone hist you hard enough,or in a minor accident
>One meal a day
snacking is more important to keep an eye on
everything hurts more
>have to consume a borillion calories to look not like a skeleton
>have to force myself to eat
>basically get launched if bumped into in a crowd
other than that its pretty comfy desu
t. 6'1 130lb lanklet
Good for you mate!!
Keep on going and you will be thin in no time.
Nice!
Personally, I was ~15kg above where I wanted to be and after losing all that weight I feel much much better.
I can't even imagine how much better you're gonna feel if you are going to lose more.
It will literally change your life.
It's not hard to do it after a while. You get used to disciplining yourself.
My best advice would be to look up the nutritional value of everything eat (after a while you'll essentially know everything without having to look it up). This way you can balance your meals very easily.
What's it like to be obese? Actually interested (what's going to the toilet like for example?).
Also, Jow Forums has a very good guide:
>People look like you were a monster (you are really are a monster)
>Everybody assumes you are lazy
>Everybody walks too fast
>You get tired fast
>You hate everything, because you are disgusted by yourself
My max was "only" 260lbs/120kg. Not quite enough to give you much trouble moving around or hurt your joints when you walk, but you feel like a piece of shit most of the time, you can't look at yourself in the mirror, you get very hot in the summer, you unconsciously suck in your stomach without knowing it. You think a lot about food since you're addicted to the chemicals which give you a nice dopamine release. You eat less because you're actually hungry, and more because you're bored. I can't even imagine how people with class III morbid obesity (300+) live with themselves.
I've lost 10 kg since the beginning of the year and I'm working to lose more. It feels great.
You should ask the average american
