Russia doesn't respect agreements only with countries that are weaker than Russia. But if Russia had agreement with the ultimate bandit such as USA, it would respect it, of course. But the USA wouldn't respect it for long, i guess.

But that's not true though. What agreement exactly was broken by Russia with a smaller than Russia country? We have long going shit with Germany, whole Belarus, Kazakhstan and co, Korea is somehow same or stronger than Russia? Yet we still have deals with them too.
