You should keep stretching it daily the rest of your life actually, the one time I went a prolonged period of time without stretching it daily I noticed it start to worsen again.

But you'll see noticeable results much sooner than that. It depends on a case-by-case basis, but you could for example already have overcome the worst of it (i.e. exposing the glans) within a month. But regarding a complete fix (to the point where you can freely rub your exposed glans without any discomfort in all circumstances) might take a while longer.

Yeah, i used to, but since i was unable to fully pull back the skin, i couldn't see it. After the surgery the doctor told me that it a mess down there, some parts where starting to get infected.

The recovery was terrible, the first time i took off the bandages, there was so much blood and my dick was swollen af, everytime i had a boner the stitches would hurt,since they where trying to hold the skin together, and of course, the head of my dick was sensitive af, i felt pain everytime it touched anything.

This went on for like 20 days, after you take out the stitches it gets a lot better.

If i were you, i would try to resolve your situation asap, contact a urologist and see what he has to say.
