How do they measure personal water usage? The USA and Australia have a lot of agriculture and small business, family farms are only a couple of people but could have extremely high water consumption compared to the same amount of people living in a flat in an urban area.

its just in general not per person, you can also see how much is domestic and how much is agricultural, Australia for an example uses nearly 5 times as much water per capita but 98% of that is for agriculture.

That answers my earlier question, interesting.
Every time I see some boomer standing out the front watering his or her shitty little lawn or flower "garden", I want to strangle the cunt. I remember during the times we had pretty severe water restrictions, they would sneak out either early in the morning or late in the evening and start watering their grass and flowers.
