Croatia is mostly safe though, only on islands it's advised not to drink tap water. Greece is not safe, I've never drank tap water in Greece. I doubt water in Slovakia is not safe, they have mountains and enough rainfall. Portugal might be meme colored again.
The best tap water I've ever drank is unironically at my home and in Austria, clean, with very little to none chloride, almost no taste which is great. The Alps do wonders.
