Because they were honking Arabs.
They literally followed me with 20km/h, even outside of the town.
After 20 mins they drove away. 5 mins more and I would've called the police

I told him I had no way of knowing this given that it was stolen, and he told me he needed it to file a report, even when I told him I doubted the phone would be found but I had insurance and would need to have a police report to claim.
