Anyone in the USVI with advice for someone wanting to move there?

Walk around famous beaches near hotels and tourist packed areas, some hotels have their own steel bands playing sometimes. Weed is not 100% legal there as far as I now but the fine if you get caught is stupid low, like less than $5. I've read that it's everywhere and you'll have people offering you some as soon as you step out of the airport.
