Why do so many countries completely lack any culture? The only 3 countries that have any sort of a strong culture are (in order of strength):
1. USA
2. Japan
3. United Kingdom (and they're losing theirs fast)

Because of globalisation and Internet. Other countries are just too small and their languages are too irrelevant to have any significant cultural influence these days. Also japanese culture isn't as popular outside of special communities as some of its followers believe. Anglos absolutely dominate all spheres of culture, economics and politics.
