What's stopping me from chemically analyzing a coca cola drink and figuring out what it's made off and making the same product?

Why don't you just look at the ingredient label?

this. kek

nothing as long as you call it something different
. see the dozens of knock off brand cola drinks

They obviously have a secret ingredient that makes it unique

>chemically analyzing a coca cola
I can do this in 1day but every Cola brand has it already

but they taste different so they can't be the same

b/c the technoogy doesnt exist for you to do this.

what stops chinks to do this?

Cat piss...Don't tell anybody...

some of them taste the same. they've done those blind taste tests

I'm not a chemist but why not? can't you just see the atoms and shit of the coke and figure out what the chemicals are?

>Take out the high fructose corn syrup
>Add a couple mg of cocaine
>1900's Coca Cola

>analyze Coke to figure out the exact formula down to the molecular level
>patent it (Coke never requested a patent so no one could discover their "secret formula.")
>sue Coke for violating your patent

Thats not how chemical Analysis works.
You can use it for GC and go over to IR , HPLC H/CNMR...

It’s this sort of cutting edge thinking that keeps me coming back here.

The ingredient label doesn't show quantities

You'd know the ingredients, but would you know how to actually make the product? The steps?

It's in order from greatest quantity to the least.

Im not sure about it. Its possible that some ingredients wont labeled. But this + quantity is not a problem. Im a OC and dont knwo much about food shit

mixing :3

You can, but change it up slightly and brand it differently
But who are you going to sell it to if literally everyone drinks either Coke or Pepsi?

>atoms and shit

the next bill gates right here everyone

First off this is the shit you need to analyze. Before carbonation.

Its literally extract from cocaine leaves, coca cola is the only company in america that is allowed to process cocaine. They extract the cocaine from the coca leaves and make pharmaceuticas with it, and use the remaining lead pulp as an extract to put in the coca cola syrup

Forgot pic.
